German e-commerce retailer Zalando has launched its online shopping club Zalando Privé in Spain, giving shoppers access to private sales that will offer up to 75% off on styles from over 2,500 selected brands.

“Spanish customers can enjoy and hunt for competitive discounts across different categories including footwear and clothing for women, men and kids as well as underwear, accessories, sporting goods and homeware,” the e-tailer announced in a press release.

Every morning, Zalando Privé will launch sales promotions that will be available for a limited time - three to five days - and only while stock lasts. This will give shoppers the opportunity to buy discounted items from brands including Adidas and Pepe Jeans. In addition to a website, Zalando has launched an app, now available for iOS and Android.

“Because of the high mobile affinity of Spanish customers we are launching the Zalando Privé App with our market entry,” says Martin Rost, senior vice president of Zalando Lounge and Outlets.

Whilst Zalando’s online store sells the latest styles from a selection of brands, Zalando Privé will focus on special sales campaigns for a limited period of time.

According to the company, Zalando Privé and Zalando Lounge have more than 15 million users in 13 countries. Shoppers have 14 days to return an item.

Zalando is Europe’s leading online platform for clothing for women, men and children. Its portfolio includes over 2,000 international brands such as global names, fast-fashion labels and local businesses. The platform has a presence in 17 countries in Europe, enabled by five distribution centres.
