Endrizzi has over 20 years experience in marketing, working to advise brands like Polaris, Tresemme/Alberto-Culver and Famous Footwear.

Endrizzi joins the company following fifteen years at Regis Corporation, where she most recently served as chief marketing officer. In the role, she oversaw the integrated marketing, brand management and communications strategy for Regis -- a beauty salon and cosmetology education company with some 7,800 worldwide locations.

“[Endrizzi] is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand positioning and development, CRM, and loyalty as well as mobile and digital marketing,” said Keri Jones, president and CEO of Christopher & Banks.

“We are excited to have [her] join our team given her outstanding leadership capabilities and her proven track record of driving traffic and customer engagement.”

The nomination follows the release of the company’s full-year 2018 results report this past March. In the report, the Minneapolis-based company said yearly net sales totalled $348.9 million, a decrease of 4.6%, compared to net sales of $365.9 million in 2017, while comparable sales decreased 2.6% for 2018.

For the twelve months, Christopher & Banks reported a net loss of $32.8 million, or $0.88 per share, widening from a $22 million, or $0.59 per share profit loss last year.
