On December 1st, Burberry’ chief creative officer Christopher Bailey, together with British actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, will be celebrating the opening of the brand’s new flagship store in Paris at the city’s British Embassy. In order to mark the occasion even more, English pop band The Feeling, who did the soundtrack for the Burberry Body campaign, will perform at the event.

Guests will not need to walk too far from the embassy to the new Burberry store. In fact, they will only need to cross the road. The brand’s new flagship is also located on Faubourg Saint-Honoré Street, more specifically at number 56.

With shopping windows longer than 15 metres and a total retail area of 930 m² across four floors, the flagship can be found between the Blumarine and Brunello Cucinelli stores. It was conceived by Christopher Bailey himself, who decorated it with dark oak, beige marble, polished black chrome, steel chrome, etc. The store also features the latest technology, with touch-screen monitors that allow it to stream videos directly from the brand’s headquarters in London.

The new boutique will offer a wide range of Burberry’s collections. The ground floor will be dedicated to shoes, the basement to menswear, the first floor to Burberry London womenswear and the second to Prorsum, also for women.

The new boutique is an addition to Burberry’s historic store on the Boulevard Malesherbes, which is now dedicated to its Brit and Heritage lines. The brand dismissed rumours that this address may have been up for sale. Burberry currently occupies the whole building with its store as well as its offices.
