Geox has opened its first worldwide kids' store in Moscow.  The store, located in the Europesky shopping centre, will showcase the children’s collections of the Italian footwear and accessories brand.

The 55 sq mt space will be dedicated to everything related to babies, children and teenagers. For the little ones, for example, there will be colourful prints and sandals with Velcro fasteners. All footwear styles feature a removable inner sole made from Ortholite and chrome-free leather, so that children can take their first steps comfortable and safely, said the Italian brand.

For the slightly older kids, there will be street style-inspired sneakers in leather and other high performance materials in grey, blue and dark red accents; and embroidered gold stars on denim styles.

The store design is based on the X-Store concept, introduced by the brand almost a year ago and now rolled out in over 60 stores worldwide. Putting breathability and wellbeing at the centre of the store concept, these ideals are translated into an experiential innovative shopping experience in which digital technology plays a major role.

In keeping with this strategy, the store includes integrated touchpoints that guide and assist customers during their shopping experience.

The Geox group has over 1,095 stores, including 439 directly managed locations, as well as 10,000 retail partners.
