German knitwear and hosiery brand Falke has opened its first Belgian branch with an 85 m² flagship store in Antwerp. At the new store, Falke offers its knitwear and hosiery collections for women, men and children, as well as the Falke Ergonomic Sport System, the brand’s sports collection.

Located in the city center of the Belgian city (Schutterhofstraat 22), the store is surrounded by other international brands, such as Chanel, Agent Provocateur and Jimmy Choo.

Falke collaborated with Belgian interior designer Julie Grangé to create a space that fits the style of Falke in its architectural and artistic appearance.

“We have created a flagship store, which will play an important role in the brand’s international growth, because it reflects the Falke values perfectly: tradition combined with high innovative strength, an international mindset and modernity,” says Franz-Peter Falke and Paul Falke, owners of the Falke Group.

Falke is currently available in more than 60 countries worldwide via its own stores, shop-in-shops and partnerstores.

The brand was founded in 1895 by Franz Falke-Rohen, the great grandfather of the current owners. On 31 December 2015, the company employed 3.212 people internationally and has a turnover of more than 225 million euros.
